Shaka Dingani Smart?(April 8, 1977- ) is men's collegiate basketballch who has led the Virginia Commonwealth University Rams (2009-2015) and University of Texas-Austin (2015- ). His?best showing thus far is when he led VCU to the NCAA Division I Final Four in 2011.
